Yes, Verge of LA, the new multi-media magazine/website is now available in print. The first edition includes great stories and photos by Lance Anderson, Tim Coyne, Cush, C.C. Chapman, Hiram from the The Human Value band, Beverly Minkins and Dan Farren of Story Salon, Larry Winfield of Sundown Lounge, yours truly (naturally) and many others. I still haven’t read the whole thing, and am dying to check out Julio Martinez‘s story about meeting one of my idols, Lenny Bruce.

FROM THE PUBLICATION: Los Angeles is a tough town for most people to wrap their mind around, everything can seem too sprawling and scattered. Though one way to look at Los Angeles is not as a large international city, but instead as a small country with still smaller cities contained within it’s border. “What border?” you ask. That will be one of the main tasks of our quest. We’ll ask writers, photographers, musicians and filmmakers to help us understand this enigma of a city. The artists will tell their unique story, while searching for the timeless truths that live forever in all of our journeys.
