Is everything predetermined? Is everything foreshadowing? Is everything falling apart?Were Rich Goldner and I destine to run into each other exactly when I needed us to? Was it coincidence that I was discussing bandwidth in depth at the podcasting meeting the night I received the e-mail from my (soon to be former) hosting service? And, was I meant to learn everything the hard way?
