"The CSI Promo: The Director's Cut"
Since I can't get a podcast together at the moment, I thought I'd give you something I think is even better: "The CSI Promo: The Director's Cut!" The sixty-second version that I've been hoping for really exists!

Fellow Podcast Outlaw Mr. X sent me a link to this version that was on the AdRants site. Thanks, X! I guess we're going viral, baby!

Pure Genius. Love it. Even better that we heard the process direct from the "authors" mouth. Still, would have liked to see your rendition of the dead guy. :)

Hilarious. I'm thinking this should be the groundwork for the first-ever sitcom spinoff from a TV drama. Why not a CSI: The Writers? It'd be a perfect way for CSI to grab an even bigger audience.
It's amazing the door frame is still standing...
Brilliant! I have been wanting to actaully see that promo for ages.
Bravo, Dan. That was really funny.

I can't seem to get the file to work. Do you have to be a Mac user? When I click on the link I get gibberish. I tried saving the file and opening it with Quicktime, but nothing happened.
Help!
I have no idea. For most people, clicking on the title works. Windows people, any advise?

fine for my windows, sorry no help.
Nice job Dan!
medusa:
maybe you should subscribe to a technology podcast and learn how to fix your browser. ;-)
or download mozilla firefox [mozilla.org] and it will all be happy!
works for me, but I use firefox.
Medusa: make sure you have Quicktime installed. Visit apple.com and have a hunt around for Quicktime.
Still can't figure out why I can't click on it... but I saved the file again and opened it with Quicktime, and it worked!
Now I can stop watching CBS shows I'd never ordnarily watch, just for the commercials!
Dan,
Well done - I really was expecting a big blue cartoon head though. Hmmph.

Awesome job. I hope to see you in more tv and movies in the near future.
The body was leaving a trail of...something...across the parking garage. Nice touch.
Loved it, especially these little looks. And while you told us how hard it was to get all working, this just looked perfect. :))
(I only missed your voice - that wasn't yours, right?)
